Terms of Service

By accessing or using BlitzLabs services (the “Service”), you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

BlitzLabs offers AI automation services, including but not limited to:

• Management and launching of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
• AI-generated advertising creatives.
• WhatsApp and Instagram communication automation.
• Metrics analysis and campaign optimization.
• Custom development for clients.

To use certain services, you will need to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Authorize BlitzLabs to access your Meta Business Manager accounts via OAuth for the purposes of the contracted Service.
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.

You can revoke access at any time from your Meta Business Manager account settings.

You may not use the Service to:

• Promote illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Violate Meta's advertising policies or those of other platforms.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access parts of the system without authorization.
• Use the Service for spam or massive unsolicited communications.
• Promote products or services prohibited by Meta or applicable law.

Advertising results: BlitzLabs does not guarantee specific results regarding reach, conversions, ROI, or ad approval by Meta. Campaign success depends on multiple factors outside of our direct control.

Service availability: we make our best efforts to keep the Service operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party APIs (Meta, Google, etc.) may experience outages that affect operations.

Meta decisions: Meta may reject, pause, or remove campaigns and ads created through the Service according to their own policies. BlitzLabs is not responsible for these platform decisions.

Advertising spend: you are responsible for funding advertising accounts and budget decisions. BlitzLabs is not liable for expenses generated on advertising platforms.

Some services use generative AI models (Gemini, Claude). AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. We always recommend reviewing generated content before publishing. BlitzLabs is not responsible for incorrect or inappropriate outputs generated by third-party models.

Yours: the content you provide (text, images, product data) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use it in the provision of the Service.

Ours: the code, design, brand, and tools of BlitzLabs are the property of BlitzLabs. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written authorization.

When applicable, prices and payment terms are agreed upon separately in a proposal or contract. Payments to advertising platforms (Meta, Google) are the direct responsibility of the client and are made through the payment methods configured on those platforms.

We may suspend or terminate the Service if we detect misuse, violation of these terms, or by legal requirement. You may terminate use of the Service at any time by revoking the granted accesses.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the ordinary courts of Rosario, Santa Fe.
